RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If a user has made a payment to Startup Exchange by RisingIndia ThinkTank Private Limited for it’s services, then once a payment is made a user is not eligible for refund. A user can either choose to pause the services for a maximum of 30 days or transfer to their family member at a transfer charge to be paid separately on case to case basis.
The Startup Exchange team or RisingIndia ThinkTank (RITT) team is not responsible for transferring the services or consultation to any of RITT’s new or existing clients.
